Returns & Refunds

At Zunnava, we want you to be entirely happy with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchases, we are here to help. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy below for information on how to return merchandise and receive a refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.

The item needs to be brand-new, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels still on it.
If applicable, the item must be returned in its original packing.
Within 30 days of the delivery date, return requests must be sent. Refunds may not be available for returns made after this period.

Non-returnable Items:

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Underwear, swimsuit, and personal apparel
  • Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Product customization or personalization

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact our support team at email: [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer care team will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions for returning items.
  3. Pack the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning, making sure they are in their original, unused condition, and include your order number and RMA number in the package.
  4. Ship your item(s): Please return the items to the address supplied by our customer care staff. Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be granted to the original payment method. Please take note of the following.

  • Processing Time: It may take 5-10 business days from the date we receive the return to process your refund.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is broken, missing parts, or exhibits indications of wear, we may provide a partial refund based on its condition.

Exchanges

We don't presently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or inaccurate, please contact us right away at [email protected] and provide images of the problem. We will analyze your case and provide a solution, which may include a complete refund, replacement, or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our processing time, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not reflected, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional processing time.
